MEET THE FOUNDER
Ilsen Noriega
I've always thrived in administrative roles, supporting business owners, clients, and executive teams. After leaving my corporate job in 2020, I realized I had the skills to help business owners focus on their priorities by handling their essential tasks. This led me to become a Virtual Assistant. As I started this journey, I quickly saw the unique challenges faced by many BIPOC entrepreneurs. Witnessing these injustices made me even more passionate about providing them with the support they deserve to succeed in their businesses.

By offering my services as a Virtual Assistant, I aim to provide these entrepreneurs with the administrative support they need to focus on growing their businesses and achieving their goals. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that I'm helping to level the playing field and contribute to their success. My mission is to empower BIPOC business owners, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to thrive in a competitive landscape.
What ignites my flame?
I have a deep passion for making a difference in people's lives, especially for minorities and women. I've been fortunate to have had great jobs that taught me the importance of giving back to those who work the hardest.

When I decided to become a Virtual Assistant, my very first client was part of the BIPOC community. It quickly became clear to me that there is a significant lack of equality for minorities striving to create their own brands and companies in many industries.

Coming from a place of privilege, I’ve made it a priority to educate myself about issues like systemic injustices. I’ve learned how to support entrepreneurs in ways that are accessible and meaningful. We all deserve the opportunity to live the lives we aspire to, and I am committed to helping make that a reality.
